Customers hold a compatible phone near the NFC area of the card to open its programmed destination.
How does the QR code work?
Customers open their phone's camera or QR scanner, scan the code and follow the link.
Do customers need to download an app?
No special Reviewfication app is required. Customers use their phone's supported NFC or QR scanning features to open the link.
Do I need to set up the card myself?
Reviewfication prepares the NFC and QR details through its production process. Please provide accurate business information and review links when ordering.
Compatibility & Troubleshooting
Do Reviewfication cards work with iPhones and Android phones?
They are designed for compatible NFC-enabled phones. Compatibility and settings vary by device, and the QR code provides an alternative.
What if a customer's phone does not support NFC?
Customers can scan the QR code to access the review page instead.
What if tapping the card does not work?
Unlock the phone and try a different position on its back. On Android, check that NFC is enabled. A thick or metal case may interfere, so try scanning the QR code if needed.
What if the QR code does not scan?
Clean the camera lens, improve the lighting and hold the phone steady at a suitable distance. If it still does not work, contact Reviewfication for assistance.
Does the card guarantee more Google reviews?
No. The card makes your review page easier to access, but customers decide whether to leave a review. It cannot guarantee a particular review count, rating or search ranking.

Can I customise cards for my business?
Yes. Select the available product options and provide the required business details and Google review link when ordering.
Can I order multiple cards?
Yes. You can choose the quantity and available product options in our shop.
Can different cards have different business names and review links?
Yes. Our individual card workflow supports separate business details and review destinations for cards within the same order.
Can I order cards for different business locations?
Yes. Provide the appropriate business details and Google review link for each card so it can be prepared for the intended location.
Can I change my Google review link after ordering?
Contact Reviewfication if your link changes. The available solution depends on how the card has been programmed; do not assume it can be changed remotely.

How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select a product, choose the available options, enter the required card details and complete checkout.
Where does Reviewfication deliver?
Reviewfication currently delivers within Australia only. International and worldwide delivery are not available.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is A$6.99 per order. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders require preparation before dispatch. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Any available tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Please contact us if you need an estimated timeframe.
What happens if I cancel payment on the Stripe checkout page?
If you cancel payment and return to shopping, you can continue browsing, add products and start checkout again. An order should only be treated as paid once payment is confirmed.
